Events. The weather is heating up east of the East Bay Hills, but one place to beat the heat this Sunday will be at the Alameda County Fair Grounds in Pleasanton. It’s the last day of a three-day, barbeque cook-off, featuring barbeque from some of the best chefs in America. And on Sunday, they’ve added craft beer to the mix.
Co-sponsored by 107.1 The Bone. There’s going to be beer from many craft brewers including, Santa Cruz Ale Works, Linden Street Brewing, Black Diamond, Firestone-Walker Brewing, El Toro Brewing, Blue Frog Grog, Anderson Valley Brewing, St. Stans Brewery, Trumer Piles, Deshutes Brewery.
There’s also non-stop live music, courtesy of The Bone.
